I hired Galen at Farrel Home Repair & Renovation, LLC last year to replace the skirting on my manufactured home. I hired Galen Farrel to do a number of repairs to my older home. These included: replacing the T1-11 siding, plywood sheathing and trim on two sides, repairing large areas of dry rot, repainting the exterior, replacing two exterior electrical outlets and lights, installing a window in my bathroom, installing a kitchen range hood, and building new exterior steps and railings at the front and back. Galen did a great job on all these repairs. He is dependable, listened to my ideas and concerns, and is dedicated to doing quality work. I was up against a deadline, so this work had to be done during the rainy winter months which made it even more challenging. When other contractors wouldn’t even return my calls to get a quote, Galen showed up when promised and was willing to take on this complicated job. I highly recommend him and will certainly hire him again when needed. Photos are of the back of my house (before & after) and show the quality of his work.

Gaylen did a remodel of our kitchen and installed a dishwasher and did some outstanding tile work as part of the installation. The job required modifications of some cherry wood cabinets that had to be redesigned and
reduced and the finished product was seamless, you literally could not tell where the reduction cuts and reassembly was done! I’ve worked with a few contractors, some can be somewhat random about showing up, but Gaylen was like clockwork, and worked hard to get the project done as scheduled and as budgeted. I highly recommend Gaylen!

Galen is a detail oriented professional that seems driven to provide the best service he can. My wife and I contracted Farrel Home Repair to build us two specialty decks. This work was challenging and required Galen to work with us on the smallest of detail. Galen’ work ethic is exceptional! We would hire him again in a pinch!
